The News asked nationally recognized nutrition and weight-maintenance expert David Katz how students can establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Katz is a professor at the Yale School of Public Health and is the co-founder of the Yale Prevention Research Center — a clinical research laboratory — and founder and director of the Integrative Medicine Center — a facility in which conventionally trained and naturopathic physicians collaborate to provide unique patient care. He has authored 10 books and almost 100 scientific papers on nutrition and health.
